Okay so these are the things that I found:
I don't think there were double notes in offical
We can see different hands and different like lighting red neon or something
The fanmade one is more dark red
Different icons
Different down arrow
Different left arrow
No score combo breaks accuracy or clear A in fanmade
No fire notes that can damage you in fanmade
No Hank in fanmade
Background different in official one
And a whole anime cutscenes at the freaking end in offical
In My opinion the fan Made is better
